Online shopping with early morning delivery.

I shop for household groceries and daily necessities as a homemaker.

I mostly use Coupang, especially Rocket Delivery and Wow Service.

About 20-30 minutes per day.

The day before yesterday.
6. What aspect of this interest or task do you particularly enjoy?
I like the next-day delivery feature of early morning delivery for gifting.
7. What are the biggest challenges related to this interest or task?
The Coupang gifting feature requires an extra click, and the contact search function is not very efficient. Also, it doesn't sync well with my saved delivery addresses.
8. Why do you continue to engage with this interest or task? What makes it important to you?
Using the gifting feature earns me reward points.
9. What kind of surrounding activities have you established to aid with this interest or task?
I simply manually select the recipient and input the delivery address since the gifting feature doesn't work seamlessly.
10. What is the most difficult part of this interest or task?
Having to click twice for the Coupang gifting feature, inefficient contact search, and lack of synchronization with saved addresses.
11. What are you currently doing to make this interest or task easier?
For gifting, I select manually and input the delivery address separately.

I've used the gifting feature on Naver Shopping.
13. What do you like or dislike about these other products or tools?
Naver has a reasonable font size, and the gifting and purchasing buttons are prominent. However, adding items to the cart is prioritized, making it difficult to see what I've added.

6. What aspect of this interest or task do you particularly enjoy?
Being able to quickly see and comment on idol photos or videos online, even if just through a mobile device, and being able to support them.
7. What are the biggest challenges related to this interest or task?
Eye strain and discomfort in the neck and shoulders from watching videos on the phone.
8. Why do you continue to engage with this interest or task? What makes it important to you?
It's healing for me to watch idol videos while having meals after work.

Watching videos on a smart TV to avoid eye strain and using a stand to hold the phone.

Using the remote control to navigate YouTube on the smart TV, especially for commenting and searching.
